The Gilbert Group Completes Multiple Retail Transactions 
COLUMBUS, OHIO, November 2nd, 2015  -  The Gilbert Group Inc., Real Estate is pleased to announce the completion of multiple leasing transactions throughout the region .  They have completed over 110 retail lease transactions through October 2015.   Feel free to click on the retailer logos for additional information about each company.  

DentalOne Partners recently executed a lease at 4091 West Powell Road in Powell, Ohio.  They are locating in a 3,600 square foot space in a two-tenant out parcel building that sits in front of the dominant grocery anchored center in the market. Other nearby major traffic generators include Kroger, Target and Giant Eagle. Doug Leeds, a Vice President with The Gilbert Group, represented the landlord in this transaction. 

Braces Bar rec ently opened at Outlot 41 on Buckeye Parkway in Grove City, Ohio. They are occupying 2,031 square feet in a multi-tenant out parcel center with AT&T, Jersey MIke's and Visionworks. The out parcel is located in front of a Target anchored center. Michael Nolan, Principal with The Gilbert Group , represented the landlord in this transaction.  

Penn Station recently executed a lease to occupy 1,600 square feet in the new Northstar Development on Sawmill Road in Dublin, Ohio. The retail building is being built on an out parcel in front of Meijer at 6175 Sawmill Road in Dublin, Ohio. Other neighboring retailers include such major traffic generators as Kohl's, Target, Sam's Club & Home Depot. Emily Hollander, Associate with The Gilbert Group, represented the tenant in this transaction. 

In somnia Cookies executed a lease at 2209 North High Street in Columbus, Ohio. This 1,000 square foot space is located on High Street, just north of the Ohio State University campus. Other neighboring retailers include Jimmy John's, Buffalo Wild WIngs, CVS, Noodles & Company, Huntington Bank and Radio Shack. Michael Nolan, Principal with The Gilbert Group, represented the tenant in this transaction.

Sbarro signed a lease at Liberty Town Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The site is currently under construction with an expected opening  in 2016. The tenant will occupy 800 square feet in the centers food court. Liberty Town Center is a newly developed mixed-use project that is anchored by Dillard's, Dick's and Cobb CineBistro.  Doug Leeds, Vice President with The Gilbert Group, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Genji Go - Japanese Steakhouse Express, will be occupying 2,005 square feet in the new, 27,003 square foot,  multi-tenant Shops at Rocky Fork project. Located in Gahanna, Ohio, the site is just off the I-270 interchange and Hamilton Road. Co-tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Moe's Southwestern Grill, Arby's and T-Mobile. Michael Nolan, Principal and Carlton Dargusch, Senior Associate with The Gilbert Group, represented the landlord in the transaction.  


Another tenant slated to open at the above mentioned Shops at Rocky Fork, is Gigi's Cupcakes. They have already begun construction of their 1,459 square foot space and will join, in addition to the retailers previously mentioned, European Wax Center, Jimmy John's and Sport Clips. 9Round Fitness recently leased 1,229 square feet of space located in Liberty Crossing, 9711-9733 Sawmill Parkway in Powell, Ohio. Other tenants in this development include Noodles & Company, Verizon Wireless & Chipotle. Principal, Michael Nolan and Senior Associate, Carlton Dargusch represented the landlord in this transaction.

HoneyBaked Ham has leased two spaces with the aid of two members of The Gilbert Group team. The first store, 1394 Cherry Bottom Road, is in the Village Square at Cherry Bottom in Gahanna, Ohio. Morey Rotfus, a Senior Associate with The Gilbert Group, represented the Landlord. The second HoneyBaked Ham store, 2594-2596  Hilliard-Rome Road, is in the Hilliard-Rome Square shopping center in Hilliard, Ohio. Carlton Dargusch, a Senior Associate with The Gilbert Group, represented the Landlord. 

Biggby Coffee executed a 1,400 square foot lease at St. Marys Plaza in St. Marys, Ohio. They join Verizon Wireless, Great Clips and ATI Physical Therapy in a multi-tenant retail building. Major retailers Kohl's and Kroger are located adjacent to the Plaza. Emily Hollander, Associate, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Allstate Insurance implimented a 2,000 square foot lease at The Hilliard Shopping Center, 3672 Main Street, in Hilliard, Ohio. They join Sherwin Williams, Papa Johns, Cosmo Prof, Comfort Dental & Crazzy Greek at this highly visible multi-tenant retail building. Michael Nolan, Principal, represented the landlord in the transaction.
