A message from WIAL's President

WIAL in the spotlight at Bali conference

A huge conference in Bali attracted 1600 participants in the field of insurance. A demonstration of Action Learning was attended by 200 enthusiasts. Eddy Berutu from WIAL Indonesia shares the highlights of this event.

Now everyone can solve problems !

Air Asia was one of the corporate WIAL award winners in 2015 and Faz Kamaruddin is CALC and one of the energetic drivers who introduced Action Learning into Air Asia. It is clear that there is a strong momentum and the best is yet to come in 2016.

New thinking for different results

New thinking is needed if our current approaches to solving issues is no longer delivering the results we need. WIAL India recently ran an INDABA workshop as a new way to explore the power of Action Learning in developing breakthrough solutions for complex problems.

Building a learning organization

Action Learning contributes to organizational culture change by involving employees to find solutions for the real challenges holding the organization back.
