Making the world a better place
WIAL believes that Action Learning can not only solve problems and build teams, but actually change the world. In record time, a committee was formed and created the WIAL's Better World Fund with a first project to support in South-Africa. But there is much more and Shannon Banks, the committee head, describes how each of us at our own level can contribute by using Action Learning to create a better world.

WIAL Leadership Excellence Award
The annual WIAL awards recognize organizations and individuals who demonstrated the benefit that Action Learning can bring. This year, Joe CM Lee from MSI Shenzen was present in Washington DC to receive the 2015 Leadership Excellence award from Dr. Michael Marquardt. Joe was not only the driving force and role model to introduce Action Learning in his organization, but played a key role in truly changing the company's culture. In addition, he is a great testimonial of how Action Learning changes people, both inside and ... outside the work organization.
