The annual WIAL awards recognize organizations and individuals who demonstrated the benefit that Action Learning can bring. This year, Joe CM Lee from MSI Shenzen was present in Washington DC to receive the 2015 Leadership Excellence award from Dr. Michael Marquardt. Slowing down to speed up

This is what a participant in a series of Action Learning sessions once told me. Action Learning feels like slowing down at first, in order to speed up fully and attack the solutions once the entire team agrees on what the real problem is. It is worthwhile to remind ourselves of the real power of Action Learning: getting to breakthrough solutions for problems that have been plaguing the organization for many years.
