Thanks!
A special thank you to Bob Batley of the General Committee, who clerked the Building Committee and did a phenomenal job of keeping us on track with a very tight budget and a construction schedule of 67 days. And he did it with his typical congenial style!
Thanks also to all who helped with the daunting projects that were set out for the group during our in-service last Friday. It was not the typical professional development that most schools engage in, but it was needed. The All Purpose room looks welcoming and is much more teacher & student friendly! The old development office is almost ready to be turned back over to the Goshen Monthly Meeting, who has been patient and will be thrilled. The Lower School Library is completely relocated, including card catalogue and nonfiction. We did it! Go Goshen!

In Other News
Save the Date! The first Restaurant Night of the year is Tuesday, November 15, at SNAP Pizza at Main Street in Exton (located at 291 Main St.). A remarkable 50% of proceeds will be donated to the GPC!
Throughout the year we'll be hosting "Meet Us on Mondays," mini open houses/drop-in tours that do not have to be scheduled. Families can drop in and visit our Preschool or Lower School. Know a family who may be interested in Goshen Friends? Be sure to tell them all about it! Meet Us on Mondays are scheduled for October 17, October 24, November 14, November 28, December 5, December 12, January 9, and January 23.
