Hicksville Family Unites for Dr. D

by Alexandra Alonge-Cilione

The October 18th fundraiser held at Mulcahy's for Lee Avenue teacher  Dr. Edward Denaro  was a  huge success!  With close to  600 family and friends  in attendance, the event  raised over $35,000  for Dr. Denaro.

The Denaro family would like to thank everyone within the Hicksville community who came out to donate their time and support.

Pink Out for a Cause
Members across the district were feeling "in the pink" last Friday in support of the American Cancer Society's Making Strides for Breast Cancer program.  Teachers donated generously to help fight this deadly disease.

The HCT in NYC!

On Thursday, October 19, HCT members with friends and family, enjoyed a taping of
The Chew. While it was an early morning start to get into Manhattan, a great time was had by all. We are looking forward to more trips in the future. Thank you to everyone who participated.
