we love our volunteers

We are blessed to have nearly 8,000 volunteers a year help provide affordable homeownership opportunities, home repair, and home preservation to local families.  They come to Habitat jobsites, to our ReStores, and to our office.  In honor of National Volunteer Appreciation Month, THANK YOU!
join americorps & the habitat team

Juliana was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she earned a degree in civil engineering. While working for one of the biggest construction companies in Brazil, she visited San Diego, where she met her future husband. They now operate a tour company that caters to international students and corporate groups. In addition to her volunteer work at Habitat, Juliana organizes annual toy drives for kids in Tijuana. She is kind, positive and loves the idea of a better world for everyone. Thank you for all that you do, Juliana!
