It's hard to believe that the summer is over and we're all back to our fall schedules and planning for the year ahead. At first I was a little sad, but with 16 new shows and an exciting season full of Broadway hits, award-winning music, dance and much more...I'm feeling enthusiastic and eager to share the joy of live theatre at one of the top theatres in the world again!

Take a peek at our 2014-15 Performance Schedule and you'll get excited about making plans to experience the thrill of the arts here at The Hanover Theatre, where the arts literally come to life. There's something for everyone, and with members receiving advance access to tickets (as well as discounts to most shows) there's no better time to join or renew. PLUS, all members who join or renew before September are automatically entered to win a $1,000 gift certificate good for ANY performances during our 2014-15 season.

Explore the universal fun of friendship with your favorite characters of Sesame Street in Sesame Street Live: Make a New Friend, January 16-18. Of course, there are the traintastic adventures of of the Chuggington trains in Chuggington Live! The Great Rescue Adventure on Saturday, April 18.

Dancing with the Stars pros, Edyta Sliwinska and Alec Mazo bring Dancing with the Pros, a global dance off competition where professional dancers from Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, and Dance Champions face off for your vote! See them live on Sunday, March 1. Celebrate the ballet this spring with the Russian National Ballet Theatre's performance of Giselle, presented by Music Worcester on Friday, April 17. Ballet Arts Worcester in collaboration with WPI Student Orchestra brings the two beloved fairy tales, Peter and the Wolf and Hansel and Gretel, from the storybook pages to the grand stage in an irresistible musical adventure that continues to delight children and audiences alike on Wed, February 25.

Enjoy the classic black and white horror film, Nosferatu on Friday, October 17, and Sherlock Jr. Featuring Buster Keaton on Sunday, March 15. Winter enthusiasts can catch a ride in the newest installment of Warren Miller's ski films, titled No Turning Back, which pays homage to the 65 years of mountain culture and adventure filmmaking.
