Happy SPRING!!!!! Things are rapidly heating up here at The Hanover Theatre. Last week we announced Morrissey, Dancing with the Stars: Live! and The Greatest Hits on Earth: Live were all coming to Worcester. Tickets for all of these great shows are now on sale to the public. This week, we're excited to announce Disney in Concert: Magical Music from the Movies will be at the theatre next winter, and the American Idol Live! Tour 2015, with the top 5 performers from season 14, up close and personal, are taking the stage this summer! American Idol Live! returns this summer with an unprecedented 14th consecutive national tour, and The Hanover Theatre is the only place to see the show in Massachusetts.
American Idol Live! gives fans an opportunity to get up close and personal with the Top 5 Idols from season 14. The Top 5 will showcase their individual artistry and talents, all set to a live band. Past tours featured stars such as Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, Fantasia, Adam Lambert, Scotty McCreery, Phillip Phillips and many more.
If you're like me, you can't wait to see who will make the cut on April 22! Rest assured, I'll be tuning in to Fox that night to see who makes the cut!

Disney in Concert: Magical Music from the Movies

Come be enchanted by Disney in Concert Magical Music from the Movies with the San Francisco Symphony, conductor Steven Reineke, projected video clips from iconic Disney films, and four leading vocalists. Every new generation has a favorite Disney musical, whether it's The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King or Frozen. And then there are the classics, from a Mary Poppins medley to the "Yo ho" of Pirates of the Caribbean. When everyone joins together for memorable moments and melodies that Mouseketeers of all ages know by heart, it feels like a small world, after all.
Tickets on sale to members and as a Music Worcester Early Bird Special before becoming available to the public June 2 at 10am.
