From the Office of the Principal

Dear Parents,

I would like to thank everyone who has been spreading the word about the good things that are happening at Camden Catholic High School.  We had a very successful Open House this past  Thursday evening with families visiting us from three counties.  Your support of our school is evident in what our visitors were telling me that they heard from you.  Thank you so much for your support!  Our next big day for the incoming freshman class is  November 7, our High School Placement Test.  Information is on our website under the admissions tab.

Our faculty had great in-service day  on Friday.  We spent the day with a Google educator who focused on Google Apps for Education.  It was great way for our faculty to focus on some new things that they can use in their classrooms and their own professional learning.

This week marks the end of the first quarter.  Please check Edline for grade updates this week.  Report cards will be posted to Edline next week after teachers conduct their grade reviews this week.

A couple of general reminders for families--First, please try to schedule appointments after school or on days when we have an Early Dismissal.  While we understand that some appointments will inevitably fall during the school day, we would like that to be the exception and not the norm.  We believe that time in school is very important to the learning process.  Second, in the past few weeks, we have received a large number of items forgotten at home being dropped off to the main office.  Please encourage your students to be responsible for preparing themselves for school which would include having everything they need for each day of school.  Thank you in advance for your attention to these items.

I hope you have a wonderful week.

Heather Crisci
Principal

PARENT SURVEY

Please take just a few minutes to complete this brief survey. The Parent's Association would like to have feedback to plan the most successful fundraisers for our school. Because the cost to send your student here is about $11,500 and tuition is $8,500, we rely on these fundraisers to help keep tuition costs down.  Please complete the survey to help the Parent's Association understand your interests to have successful fundraisers.
