The Federation wants to communicate with you in the most efficient, friendly and non-intrusive way possible. Our Communication Committee is working hard to help us navigate the increasingly complicated world of social media, outreach and marketing. Much of the Federation's contact information for our community members is out of date, and many people have unique communication preferences.

By answering this survey completely, you will help us make sure we have your current information and are communicating with you in the way you prefer. 

As an incentive and thank you for helping us with this data, each household member who completes the form will be entered into a drawing for a Free iPad. Only surveys received by September 1st and completed in their entirety will qualify for the iPad raffle. The winner will be announced at our Campaign Kick-Off event on September 12th which will feature a keynote address from Gil Hovav, famous Israeli chef and television personality. This event is free and open to the entire community.
