Are you looking for high quality informal education opportunities? watch.knpb.org is your portal to KNPB and PBS programs worth watching or old programs worth revisiting. Here are a few selections:- NovascienceNow: In this episode on Robot Cars, NOVAscienceNOW looks at tiny, battery-powered cars called EN-Vs can talk to each other and drive themselves. (This should peak the curiosity of your students!)
- Wild Nevada: Travel to the Lunar Creator Volcanic Fields in this episode entitled Ghost Towns and Craters.
- Nature: In the episode Outback Pelicans, natures investigates the Australian pelican.
- Looking up from the Bottom: This KNPB production entitled Looking up from the Bottom looks at ways that Nevada is on the bottom and profiles people who are digging their heels in hard in an attempt to pull Nevada from the bottom to the top.

WIN a free DVD about the 'Reno Cure!'

Win a free KNPB DVD. These programs were produced here in Northern Nevada by KNPB Public Broadcasting and tell our story.
This month we are featuring a Nevada Experience DVD called "The Reno Cure." It is the story of easy divorces and how it put Reno on the map. The first 10 people who request this DVD from joee@knpb.org will receive it for free.
