The Kaplan Center for Integrative Medicine is excited to welcome Rebecca Berkson, NCCAOM Board Certified Acupuncturist & Diplomat of Oriental Medicine, as the newest member of its medical team! Rebecca will begin seeing patients at the end of January. 

 

Rebecca's expertise in acupuncture includes several different styles of practice, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Five Element, various styles of Japanese acupuncture, as well as over 2 years of experience in treating sports-related injuries. She uses a variety of techniques in addition to acupuncture, such as moxibustion, cupping, and herbal medicine, either individually or in combination with other treatments, to promote faster healing. 

 

She has treated people of all ages and for a diversity of health issues including: 

 

• Acute & chronic pain
• Injuries
• Stress, anxiety, depression
• Digestive complaints
• Fatigue
• Allergies & skin conditions
• Sleep problems
