We are currently forming a BSS Cansculpt team to feed the hungry, and we want YOU to be ON the team!

Will you be at PECCSA on  February 11, or will you be on the 2017 BSS TEAM for Cansculpt!!! Either way, please bring in more canned good donations to help feed the hungry in our Cansculpt contest. Thank you for everyone's generosity and support!

All BSS students and families who want to be on the Cansculpt team:
You (and preferably your parent) must be able to do at least two of the following:
1) Practice building something with cans at BSS from  3:15 P.M. until 4:30 P.M.  on Mon, Wed, and  Friday ( Feb. 6, 8, and 10th)
2) Help bring cans to the Holly Hill Mall on  Saturday, Feb. 11 from  10 AM - 12 Noon.
3) You and parents of elementary age students will come build our structure on  Saturday, Feb. 11 from  Noon-3 PM. (We can build until  7 PM for those who wish to stay longer!) Parents of middle-schoolers are not required to stay, but it is recommended.

Team BSS Can-Do-Attitude will design, plan and sculpt together for the first time to help Allied Churches of Alamance County to feed the hungry. Do you have a Can-Do-Attitude? If so, please use Sign-up Genius to join the team today! (Please call or email Mrs. Wetter with any questions... cell#: 336-269-0948[email protected] )

Dear BSS Parents,

The flurry of events continues at Blessed Sacrament. Tomorrow, 2/9 we will have our Winter Pep Rally at 1:30. Later that afternoon, Srikar Kavirayuni (8th) will represent BSS at the Alamance County Spelling Bee. While Srikar is spelling away our Jr. Varsity Boys will be playing at PECSAA Tournament which is hosted by BSS.

On Friday, cheerleaders will be cheering on our Varsity Boys Basketball Team. The tournament will continue on Saturday and Sunday and we can use as many hands as possible. So if can join us click the link in the KC. Let us show the other teams that we are great hosts/hostesses!

Thank you.
Mrs. Gomez

If basketball is not your thing please join Mrs. Wetter at Cansculpt at the Holly Hill Mall. I am looking forward to great design that will be created from cans. Don't forget to come by the mall during the week and vote for our "CAN-DO Attitude" Team sculpture.
