From the Principal's Desk
Dear BSS Families,

Our first annual BSS Days were a great success. The Sip and Spell on Friday night was so much fun. I already have ideas for next year's spelling bee. The tennis tournament was a great way to show off the talents of our tennis players.  The BBQ Lawn Party was magical.  Families sitting together on a warm late summer evening filled with the sounds of laughter,  kids running on the lawn, delicious food, and enjoying each other's company proves that BSS is a truly a school community.  We are so blessed at BSS.

Mrs. Gomez

Dismissal Procedures
Once again I need to emphasize the dismissal procedures at BSS. Please do not park on the other side of the street to pick up your child. This includes in front of the school or down the street close to Davis St.  It is not fair for those are waiting in the car line and doing the right thing.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Proctors Needed
The Iowa Assessments will be given the week of October 2-October 6. If you could help proctor either 3rd or 4th grade please let me know. Please remember that you can't proctor your child's class.
