An exciting selection of nearly 20 new 1/43 scale models is due to arrive from Spark Model next week, including two Indianapolis 500 winners, Mark Donohue's 1972 Sunoco McLaren and Johnny Rutherford's 1980 Pennzoil Chaparral. Other highlights include several more historic McLaren Formula One and Group 7 cars; Bruce McLaren's own M1A Oldsmobile in 1964 Nassau livery, where he finished second to Roger Penske's Chaparral and Denny Hulme's 1968 Canadian Grand Prix winning M7A. Also included in this late April shipment are several restocks, including the hottest 1/18 scale racing model we've seen in a while, TSM's #5 Mario Andretti Lotus 78 in 1977 'Launch' and early season configuration. A Ronnie Peterson 1978 South African Grand Prix winning Lotus 78 is scheduled for production soon ($195.00 reserve HERE).

Last year, a German publisher released this beautiful photo book on the Can Am. Unfortunately, the text is in German, not English. Even so, if you're a fan of the Can Am, I think this book would make a great addition to your collection.
