Top Five Ways to Minimize Attorneys Fees in Divorce
My topic this week is prompted by an issue that has come up in my own life, and I see come up over and over with clients – what to do with negative or concerning information said by the children regarding their other parent or other parent’s home.

All of us want nothing more than to protect our children and to make sure they are safe and happy, and one of the biggest challenges after divorce is coming to terms with the children having a separate life at their other parent’s home and limited access to knowing exactly what happens during this time. After divorce, the other parent’s private life is not information that they must share with you, and this is a big adjustment for almost all of us.

To make the situation even more challenging, it is extremely common for kids . . . click HERE to continue reading.
Welcome to Attorney Ashley Pepitone!
We are thrilled to welcome our new Associate Attorney Ashley Pepitone to the Atlanta Divorce Law Group team! Ashley has multiple years of experience with Georgia family law and has devoted her legal career to protecting families that are going through a time of transition. Originally from the New England area, Ashley moved to Atlanta with her husband, Joe, and attended John Marshall Law School. Ashley and Joe have two beautiful daughters (Laney and Tabby); they reside in the Suwanee area and Joe teaches Physics at Norcross High School.

Ashley’s love for her family is what drives her to help protect our clients’ families with a holistic approach. Ashley was even named “Best Mom” by Suwanee Magazine, and she truly puts forth the same level of passion for her clients cases as she puts into motherhood.  Ashley was drawn to join the ADLG team because of our Happily Ever After Divorce philosophy; Ashley contributes to our mission not only by zealously advocating for our clients and empowering them to feel in control throughout the process but also by connecting them to the additional resources and help that they need to move forward with their life and seek a brighter and healthier future. In addition to her family,

Ashley spends her free time on her other passions of painting art and interior design. Prior to law school, Ashley owned her own very successful design company (she even got to blog for Pottery Barn); as a business owner herself, Ashley has a unique advantage in helping our clients who are business owners and find themselves going through the divorce process and need extra financial protection

We are so excited to grow our team with such a dynamic superstar attorney such as Ashley!

Owner Sara Khaki sent off her two young ones to Montessori school. This year was Rami's first day of kindergarten! Attorney Jeanette Soltys' son, Logan, started 2nd grade. Attorney Ashley Pepitone's sweet girls are off to school in the best of styles and bows. Holly Casey, Director of Client Relations, didn't get to see her grandson and granddaughter off, but she made sure to facetime with them after their first day. It's always great when a new year of school starts and everyone starts getting back to their routine. We hope your back to school send off was a successful one this year!
