This webinar provides an overview of CLSI's Handbook for Developing a Laboratory Quality Manual (QMS25). The program provides answers to several commonly asked questions about a quality manual, what to include, and what else it can be used for. This program also describes a simple plan for how to transform a laboratory's existing "administrative manual" into an effective quality manual and discusses some concerns that laboratories and auditors have about a quality manual and accreditation aligned to ISO 15189.
