CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: THO NONRESIDENT FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
THO is now accepting applications for its 2018-19 Nonresident Fellowship Program .

Starting in September 2018, successful applicants will have the opportunity to contribute to constructive dialogue surrounding U.S.-Turkey relations and Turkey’s role in the international community. We encourage graduate students, young researchers and professionals, and practitioners with a special interest in U.S.-Turkey relations to apply. Specific areas of interest include (but are not limited to): security, education, humanitarian aid and refugee issues, energy, economy, technology, citizen diplomacy, and international exchange.

On April 19, THO partnered with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce/U.S.-Turkey Business Council and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) to host Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Simsek for an invitation-only roundtable discussion with top business and think tank leaders.

On April 23, THO organized a public panel at the National Press Club featuring a discussion on the impact of the U.S.’ Syria policy on U.S.-Turkey relations. The panel featured insights from high-level experts and military officials.
