Autumn Workshops, New Classes and Special Events:
Meditation and Conversation continues in the lounge on Tuesdays. Facilitated by Joanie Cartel from 6:45-7:30 PM, these donation-based evenings are an opportunity for you to develop your meditation practice in a safe space among like-minded friends. Drop-ins are welcome.
     
Joanie also leads a 6-week Mindfulness Meditation class beginning Wednesday, October 11th from 6:30-8:30. Included with this class is a 3-hour meditation and yin workshop scheduled for January. Registration is now open. $235.00
Cecelia Lao's New Moon Tea Ceremony and Women's Circle will meet on the evening of the eclipse, August 21st, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. This tea meditation, where you will enjoy multiple infusions of an exquisite tea chosen for the occasion, will be conducted in Noble Silence - with an opportunity for sharing afterwards. Come with patience, curiosity and an open heart. The evening will begin with grounding exercises and meditation. Please arrive ten minutes early. This special event is for women and women-identified.  $15

Misako Matsuoka begins Chair Yoga for Ease and Well Being on Tuesday, October 3 from 10:00-11:00. In this 7-week series, students will learn simple yet effective practices to support them in their well being. Beginners welcome. Registration is now open. $125.00 for the series
