Your Lizzy login has a new address in the works, along with a little online facelift. Check out www.mylizzy.com . Beyond your Lizzy login, this new site is where you can go for the latest news, customer testimonials, the Lizzy Learning Center, and more. If there's something you'd like to see, let us know!
SMS Text Your Customers with Lizzy

Text messaging has become one of the most convenient and accepted ways to communicate. Subscribe to this service to enable your team to send txt messages from Lizzy to your customer's smartphone. Follow up on a sales lead. Let them know their unit's service is complete. Send an alert that their parts are ready to be picked up. Lizzy maintains the history of the entire conversation for you in Lizzy's CRM, in the Correspondence tab of your customer's contact record.

This subscription is $50/mo for up to 2000 txt messages per month, and can be simply added to your monthly Lizzy statement. Each additional block of 1000 messages adds $20/mo.

Lizzy offers Credit Bureau Solutions with 700Credit
We are pleased to announce our seamless integration between Lizzy and 700Credit for all your credit bureau and compliance needs. You can now pull credit right from a Lizzy sales deal, eliminating the need to toggle between systems. We've also added a Compliance Dashboard, displaying current and accurate compliance information direct from 700Credit. This partnership can also provide you access to CUDL and Credit Union Lenders. As a Lizzy customer, you qualify for preferred pricing from 700Credit.

R&R Approves Lizzy to Provide LAW553 EPS

OEMs are consistently looking to streamline their operations. For example, Honda Financial Services now requires that LAW553 forms be submitted electronically. Lizzy is authorized to provide LAW553 EPS to any dealership that has a financial institution that will accept it electronically for funding. Instead of paying an average of $2 per printed hardcopy & any mistake, Lizzy charges $50/mo for unlimited LAW553 EPS Form printing. We track and report to R&R on your behalf.

Lizzy Offers CC Processing Option
Lizzy has offered integrated credit card processing with Open Edge for some time. Lizzy now has another option, ChargeItPro. This new Lizzy partner has been selected to provide competitive rates and the latest in hardware choices, including EMV and wireless devices, which can be shared between your point-of-sale stations. Check out the hardware options at ChargeItPro devices.

Lizzy's DPAC is Coming Soon!

Lizzy's next Dealer Product Advisory Committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 11, 2018. Each quarter, as many as 15 Lizzy dealers spend the day at Lizzy's corporate hangar, meeting with Glenn and his development & management teams to learn what updates are coming, what mobile apps have been introduced, and discuss how we can better serve you.

Lizzy Webstore is Here...
Launch Your Dealership Online

Lizzy Webstore is ready to provide ecommerce and other online sales & service options to your customers. This website has been designed as a component of your Lizzy system, seamlessly linking your Unit and Parts inventories. Lead inquiries are added directly into Lizzy CRM. Parts sales are ready and waiting in Lizzy to be fulfilled by your team. Lizzy Webstore provides integration points for easy shipping with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Lizzy Webstore can be implemented with a $500 setup fee and $350 monthly. Lizzy does not charge per online transaction. There are lots of site design choices, too!

Lizzy Apps are Available Now

Lizzy is always ahead of its time. First offered back in 2009, Lizzy was the Powersports industry’s FIRST web-based DMS. And now while our competitors are trying to catch up, we’re on to what we do best... adding cutting-edge features!

Lizzy apps are available for your iOS devices. Go to the App Store and search for "nizex" and discover Lizzy Service (Check-in), Lizzy PUD (Service Pickup & Delivery), Lizzy Count (for Parts Inventory), and Lizzy Receipt (for simplified Expense Reporting).

Lizzy's Tips and Tricks

  • Lizzy has had the ability to build parts assemblies for some time... assigning a group of parts to a single part number. Did you know that you can now 'unbuild' an assembly? Even Assemblies that were not 'built' in Lizzy. Parts that were assigned to that kit or assembly are put into inventory, with calculated cost, current retail, and assigned bin locations. Parts>Assemblies>Unbuild

  • Looking up parts or units in Lizzy is easy if you know the entire part number, description, stock number or VIN. Did you know that you can use the % symbol as a wild card? For example, looking up a unit with a VIN ending in xxxx1234 can be looked up with %1234 in the VIN field.

  • Lizzy's Train Me button takes you right to our Learning Center. We've added a search field so you can easily discover the latest training videos. Did you know that you can run a report to see what videos your team has watched? Reports>Contacts>LizzyTrainingVideosWatched

  • Too many clicks? Lizzy tasks can be accessed quickly with short cuts. Did you know each Lizzy user can create their own short cut Quick Keys? Click on the Keyboard icon in the top right of any Lizzy screen for instructions.

  • Lizzy reporting provides you with information current to that moment... even up-to-date financial numbers, as Lizzy's Accounting posts every transaction in real time. Did you know that you can have your favorite reports available with a single click? Select the 'star' to the left of any report, and it is added to your report Favorites. These are the first ones you see when you click on Reports.
