Monster Machines DayJoin us at Des Peres Park for Monster Machines Day this Saturday, May 3, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.! See a police car, bulldozer, fire truck and much more during this 'hands on' event. Meet Alex Holmes, Fitness Specialist!
AlexThe Lodge is pleased to announce the addition of Alex Holmes as the Fitness Specialist! Alex will graduate from SIUE with her Master's in Exercise Physiology this May. During her tenure at SIUE, Alex worked as Fitness Graduate Assistant for the department of Campus Recreation where she specialized in group fitness, personal training, program and fitness floor management. As the Fitness Specialist, Alex is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing special events and fitness programs for The Lodge. She is excited to work with a fantastic team of fitness professionals and looks forward to meeting our loyal Lodge members and group ex participants!

Learn to Be a Life Saver!
Lifeguarding Class PictureA couple spots remain in our May Lifeguard Training course. This course teaches American Red Cross waterpark lifeguarding skills and how to respond and prevent emergency situations. Certification includes: Waterpark Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and Bloodborne Pathogens training. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
