Balls-N-Strikes Winter Camp!
Balls n StrikesThis dynamic program will take baseball and softball players through skill rotations each day including hitting, fielding, agility and cageball! Each December session runs two hours per day for two consecutive days at the Balls-N-Strikes Ballwin facility. Grab your gear and meet us for a fun, action-packed program over the holiday break! Nutritionist DieticianAre you struggling to lose weight and need guidance and support? WeightBlasters is a new class starting January 5 with Lodge Nutritionist, Lori Richardson. This class will be targeted toward those looking to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Food logs will be provided and each week we will discuss healthy food options and have weigh-ins. Call 314.835.6150 to register or CLICK HERE. Classes are held Monday, 6:15-7:15 p.m.
'Tis the Season to Lock Up!
Lock Your CarPlease do not leave valuables in your car at The Lodge. If you have a car full of holiday gifts from West County Center, please keep them out of sight by locking them up in your trunk. Please also remember to lock your car doors. Lockers are available for daily use at The Lodge. Please bring your own lock or rent one from the front desk with a photo ID.
