Hop On Over to the Egg Hunt!
Egg HuntThe annual Egg Hunt at Des Peres Park is this Saturday, April 19, at 10 a.m. sharp! Children, ages 3-6 years old, will be able to participate in the big scramble. Our special guest will be the Easter Bunny, so be sure to stop by, rain or shine, with your Easter basket in hand. Pictures are also available with the Easter Bunny. This event presented with generous cooperation from Great Southern Bank and Boy Scout Troop 313. CLICK HERE for more information!
SHRED IT This Saturday!
Green TipJoin us this Saturday, April 19, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., for some spring shredding! CitiShred will provide shredding services in The Lodge Outdoor Pool parking lot for Lodge members and Des Peres residents. No registration necessary; maximum 3 bankers boxes per car. Monster Machines Event May 3!
Monster Machines 2Mark your calendar for Monster Machines Day at Des Peres Park on Saturday, May 3, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.! See a police car, bulldozer, fire truck and much more during this 'hands on' event. Climb in and let your imagination take you on a ride! This program is FREE; no registration required. In case of inclement weather, call the weather hotline at 314-835-6138. Register for the Helmet Safety Check!
HelmetChildren can bring their own helmets on Saturday, April 26, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., where a trained professional from St. Louis Children's Hospital will check to make sure the helmet meets safety requirements at no charge! If your child needs a new helmet, we can provide a properly fitting helmet for $11. Parents and kids will be taught to put a helmet on correctly so they can continue this important safety practice at home. Pre-registration is required by calling 314-454-KIDS.
Summer Camp Sign-Up!
CampCalling all campers! Are you ready for a jam-packed summer full of games and laughs at Camp Des Peres? Campers will enjoy a variety of great activities under the supervision of our trained staff. Fee includes transportation, special events, swimming at The Lodge, camp shirt and camp supplies. Children must bring their own sack lunch and beverage, including water bottle, each day.
