Please plan on joining us in Des Peres Park on Saturday, October 17, for FALL FESTIVAL! We are excited to announce that food will be available for purchase from J. Gilbert's, McCormick & Schmick's, Three Kings, Rib City and Which Wich! Along with hayrides, pumpkin races, the Bubble Bus, music and a movie, Fall Festival is sure to be fun for the whole family!

Youth Personal Training!
Youth personal training Want to boost your child's athletic performance and/or help them be healthier and fit? Youth Personal Training at The Lodge specializes in improving your child's performance in areas such as speed, agility, endurance and body control. Consider Youth Personal Training for your child if you want to help protect them from injuries, boost athletic performance and give them that edge over the competition. Wake Up & Work Out!
Wake up and workout Wake-Up & Workout is an easy-to-follow, 12-week wellness program covering cardio, strength, flexibility and nutrition. All fitness sessions are Monday through Friday, beginning at 6 a.m. Wake-Up & Workout will jumpstart your day before other responsibilities get in the way! The new session begins September 14. "NFL" Starts in September!
Zumba group ex The Neighborhood Fitness League fitness challenge will coincide with the kick off for the 2015 NFL football season on September 13! The Neighborhood Fitness League is a 6-week program to challenge you to increase your fitness levels through team motivation. Youth Dance Classes Filling!
Our 26-week youth dance program offers an entire school year of instruction in the fine art of dance. First semester emphasis is on rhythmic training, coordination, grace and posture for the young dance student. Second semester emphasis is on dance routines in preparation for the spring recital.
