New Registration Software Coming! Beginning Wednesday, May 4, we will be implementing a new and improved registration software at The Lodge. Among other things, this system will allow users to register online for many Lodge programs and services. This encrypted system will also allow us to better protect your personal information by taking advantage of credit card chip technology.
What does this mean for you, The Lodge Member?
On Monday, May 2, and Tuesday, May 3, we will not be taking any registrations for programs or memberships while we migrate information from the old software to the new software.
Members will receive an email next week introducing you to the new software registration website. Please follow the instructions in the email to log in to the new and improved site.
We are not able to import credit card information or member photos from our old system. It is very important for members that are billed monthly to update your information in our new system by May 15 so that you do not have an interruption in your Lodge membership. Please update your photo and billing information by stopping by the front desk of The Lodge.
Check-in and transactions may take a little longer during this transition period, so we appreciate your patience while our staff does their best to adjust to the new software while still providing the high level of service you've come to expect.
DEA Drug Take Back! Turn in your unused or expired medication for safe disposal on Saturday, April 30, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., in The Lodge Maple Room. This event will provide an opportunity for the public to surrender dispensed pharmaceutical controlled substances and other medications to law enforcement officers for destruction. Monster Machines & Bike Rodeo! Join us for the Monster Machines Day & Bicycle Rodeo at Des Peres Park on Saturday, May 7, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.! See a police car, bulldozer, fire truck and more up close during this "hands on" event. Kids can also visit our bicycle obstacle course where our certified cycling instructor will be on site to assist with the course and helmet fittings. This event is FREE; no registration required!
