Hi-NRG Gymnastix! The best way for your children to spend their day is to flip, jump, tumble and play in a Hi-NRG Gymnastix class at The Lodge. We provide a healthy, active and safe environment where they will exercise with friends and create happy memories. Ballroom Dance Class! Try your hand at ballroom dancing in an instructional yet fun and relaxed environment. Learn how to dance on beat, body positioning, posture and balance. This class will also cover how to spin, lead and follow, and includes lots of personalized instruction. You and your partner will learn a Rhumba, Cha Cha and Merengue.
