Youth Cycling Course! Whether it's cycling to the park, a friend's house or school, make sure your kids are prepared with the skills and understanding they need to ride their bikes safely. This course will instruct your kids on starting/stopping, hazard avoidance, helmet fit and more! This 3-hour course will be conducted in a closed parking lot at The Lodge by a Certified Cycling Instructor on May 16 at 9 a.m. Call 314.835.6150 to register!
Join the Fitness Revolution! Adults want to have fun; that's our Fit Rev motto! Join a Lodge Personal Trainer as he guides you through functional movement using unorthodox equipment. The training sessions will consist of strength and endurance exercises of the whole body. The next 12-week session begins June 1.
