 From The Executive Director...

Thank you to all who helped make our Snow Angel Ball 2014 a huge success. We had over 500 guests  in attendance for the evening.  The funds  raised from the evening enable us to grow the Matty Fund's Epilepsy Resource Center to support children and families who face the daily challenges of seizures. The evening will also helps us to expand our family support groups as well as continue research efforts at Brown University. And a special thanks to all who bid in the live auction to send a child to Camp Matty.   silly hat

February is a special month for us here at The Matty Fund,  as we celebrate Matty's birthday, February 18th,  with our epilepsy education and awareness program, "Matty Hatty",  at schools throughout the region. The program celebrates diversity and acceptance, while students learn seizure protocols and how to be a good friend to children who live with seizures/epilepsy.  "Matty Hatty" is such a wonderful way to celebrate Matty's life and make a positive difference in the lives of children living with epilepsy. This year we received a grant from CVS Caremark to update and produce awareness materials for the students.

Thank you again for your continued support of  The Matty Fund.
