Announcement Regarding
The New Crescent for Shaban 1432 AH
Dear Believers in North America,
Asalamu Alaykum,
The Crescent Committee of the Council of Shia Muslim Scholars in North America announces the completion of Rajab on Saturday July 2nd, 2011. In addition, there were sightings of the new crescent at sunset tonight, Saturday. Based on that, Sunday July 3rd, 2011 will be the first of The Holy Month of Shaban 1432.
We ask the Almighty Allah to make us successful and to hasten the appearance of our Holy Imam (peace be upon him.)
