The Next Chapter
Hello!
The summer has been a series contrasts -- one day hot/humid and unpleasant -- next day utterly glorious. I suppose that is the beauty of living on the North Shore -- never really know what to expect.

One of the questions that I was asked at our event in April, was about the potential glut of houses as the baby boomers start to downsize. At the time, I only had an opinion, but recently read in the Trib, there have been some studies done by Fannie Mae’s Economic and Strategic Research Group and by the Stephen S. Fuller Institute at George Mason University. It's an interesting article and is referenced below in Worth Reading.

Hope you have been having a wonderful summer.. and, as always, enjoy your next chapter.
