Opportunity.
Have you ever thought about it that way? Giving...as being an opportunity? Not a hassle or a pain or a hardship...but an opportunity.
An opportunity to be a part of a blessing. An opportunity to partner with God to see His Kingdom come on Earth as it is in Heaven.
An opportunity to link arms with your brothers and sisters in Christ and say, "Yes! Yes, I believe in the vision God has given and I choose to be a part of it!"
An opportunity to give of your time, your love, your finances, your giftings. An opportunity to expand your heart and expand your influence.
An opportunity to partner with the momentum God is creating in those around you. And an opportunity to say yes to the momentum God is creating in you.
An opportunity to live. An opportunity to love. An opportunity to learn.
Yes, giving is an opportunity. One we have before us every day.
I pray we choose to accept it.
Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven; give, and it will be given to you.
