Please take a moment and complete the survey and have your child return it to school by Friday, Mar. 2. It should be returned in a sealed enveloped and marked, "Principal's Office.

If you need a new survey, please contact Trish Dudas at  tdudas@jcarroll.org  and be sure to include your student's ID number. Thank you very much.
