34th Annual Great Gatsby Gala Cafe

Join us on Saturday, April 8, 2017 for Carroll’s 34th annual CAFÉ – Carroll’s Auction for Education.

For those new to Carroll, this event is the largest fundraiser for our school.  It is a night where we come together as a community – parents, teachers, and alumni to celebrate and raise money for Archbishop Carroll.  Our school will be transformed into a great event to benefit our students.

As many of you know, we lost a special member of the Carroll community this past summer, Dominic Coyle.  In celebration of his life, we would like to make this night a great success and give a portion of the proceeds to the Archbishop Carroll Dominic L. Coyle Memorial Fund.

We need the whole Carroll Community to make this night a success.  Here is how you can help.

  1. Save the Date – Saturday, April 8, 2017 – Mark your calendar now.
  2. Join us – be part of the Café Committee – a great way to make new friends and meet new people.  We have a great time making this event a success.
  3. Donate – We are asking each class to donate certain items to help us make the night special. Freshmen – Restaurant or Movie Gift Certificates. Sophomores – Sporting Goods or Events Juniors - Electronics or gift cards to Best Buy   Seniors – Kitchen Items, Carroll Apparel, College Dorm Ideas, or gift cards for any of them.   We are also hoping to auction a new bike to auction so if you have one or can get us one let us know!  We appreciate all donations received! Please don’t feel limited.  We can also use tickets for all sports games or vacation rentals.
  4. In addition to the above donations, we are asking all families to donate a Bottle of Wine (minimum value $20) for the event.  All donations can be dropped off at the Main Office.
  5. Watch the Patriot Post for announcements and updates about the event. Remember, the proceeds of this night benefit our kids.  This night helps make Carroll the amazing place to be. If you have any questions or ideas, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to get back to you.

Come and be a part of great event!

Sincerely,
The Café Committee
