Honors for Mixed Select, Honors Choirs

Congrats to members of the Carroll Mixed Select Concert Choir with Mr. Triplett, who performed on the Kimmel Center stage on June 17.

In the room was the composer of "Wicked" and many other musicals, Stephen Schwartz who accompanied the finale piece. "This was a once in a lifetime experience for our Carroll students," said Mr. Triplett. "They were thrilled to have a chance to perform on stage with the composer performing the finale piece with other world renowned choirs,

Congratulations as well to the Carroll Honors Choir which sang with Bobby Hill at our closing Mass this year. This young man, who sang a tremendous solo during the world meeting of families, has been recognized by Ebony magazine as one of the top 100 artists along with John Legend and Beyoncé. He performs regularly around the world as a soloist and with the Keystone State BoyChoir and looks forward to performing again with our Carroll students!
