Cutting the Ribbon On A New Era...With A Viper

Local officials, the Beaver County Times and the Pitt Race team gathered on Friday, May 31st for the ribbon ceremony to celebrate the reopening of the complex. In racing style, owner Jim Stout split the ribbon with his signature, purple SRT/Dodge Viper.

Officials and the Beaver County Times also had an opportunity to sample several of the services offered including Karting, Autocross, Backseat Driving and Daily Driver Dynamics.

Construction Updates

The North Paddock garages and restrooms are approximately 75% completed -- they will have a final inspection and be ready to use in three weeks. The Kart Paddock restrooms and showers will be completed shortly after the North Paddock.

Youngblood is on site prepping the base for the North Paddock expansion and Kart Paddock paving. They are currently lying the base in preparation for asphalt (weather permitting).

The South Track is also making progress. We are in the final stages of clearing and the Geo Tech firm is on site doing a filtration test for our retention ponds.
Ask the Expert: Break Into Karting

"I'm interested in Karting. What's a good way to get my feet wet?"
-Mike from Wexford, PA

"I would always suggest that you try our rentals first, and then if you think you can handle more then introduce them into the different categories.

Also if you are over 15, you can try out our Test Drives and experiment with all the levels of Karts we offer."
-Brandon Adkins, Director of Karting at Pitt Race
