The Polls Are Open
Vote Today

It has been an honor serving you in the Virginia House of Delegates, working for common-sense, progressive policies, and social and economic justice.  I have fought to reform payday lending, help small business owners provide health insurance for their employees, force mortgage brokers to act in their customer's best interests, ensure our teachers have the tools they need to educate our children, remove barriers to voting, and keep guns out of the hands of criminals.

But that work is not done, and I would appreciate your vote today so that I can continue the fight.

I also ask that you vote for Terry McAuliffe for Governor, Ralph Northam for Lieutenant Governor, and Mark Herring for Attorney General so that together we can keep Virginia moving forward.

Remember to bring an ID to the polls. Voters arriving to the polls without ID will be required to vote a provisional ballot and will have until noon on the Friday after the election to deliver a copy of identification to their locality's electoral board in order for their provisional ballot to be counted.  Acceptable forms of ID include:
  • Virginia voter registration card
  • Valid Virginia driver's license
  • Military ID
  • Any Federal, Virginia state or local government-issued ID
  • Employer issued photo ID card
  • Concealed handgun permit
  • Valid student ID issued by any institution of higher education located in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Current utility bill, bank statement, government check or paycheck indicating the name and address of the voter
  • Social Security card

Thank you for your support, and I look forward to another two years as your Delegate.

Sincerely,

Jennifer L. McClellan
