PRAY WITHOUT CEASING
Please join your church in praying for the following requests for the life and mission of the church:

+ Please pray for the middle and high school students who are heading away on the Fall Retreat this weekend! Pray for Paul Morales, our Director of Student Ministry, that the Lord will speak mightily through his four talks, and that the students will be drawn to love and follow Jesus.

+ Pray for marriages in our church, for protection from attack, for healing and restoration in conflict, and for the angels of the Lord to surround and protect every couple. Pray for the Lord's strength to love each other "for better or worse, in sickness and in health, for richer, for poorer, till death parts" them, in Jesus' name.

+ Pray for the Lord to bring his justice where there is violence and genocide in Bangladesh between Buddhists and Muslims. Pray for the Lord's Church to be a source of healing, pointing to the saving mercy of Christ, and defending the vulnerable.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

Have you ever wished you could meet more women at Apostles, but do not have the time to make a big commitment? Well, now is your chance! Make a new connection each month and get to know some of the amazing women at this church. Here is how it works: you are given the name of someone new to meet with each month. The two of you connect and come up with a time to meet. It could be a meal, coffee, a play date - whatever works for the two of you!

STUDENT MINISTRY

Please be in prayer for our students and leaders as they prepare for Fall Retreat at New Life Camp this weekend!

10/22 ~ NO DEAL {Fall Retreat}
10/29 ~ NINE1NINE: Scavenger Hunt!

The NINE1NINE {based on 1 Corinthians 9:19 and our area code} is an outreach event once a month - on non-Deal nights - designed for students to invite their friends outside of Apostles and possibly outside of a church home of their own.  Though I am free and belong to no one, I have made myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible. ~ 1 Corinthians 9:19
