Snow Cones for Everyone!
Our Residents, Staff, & Visitors loved having a snow cone cart visiting Alameda Center: Treated to their favorite flavor, our Residents bask in the personal attention they receive every day of the year.
Difficult times often bring out the best in people, the folk saying goes... & after a full month of nor'easters I can tell you - it's true.
As an Administrator, I have many opportunities throughout the day to see the myriad ways in which our staff members go the extra mile to deliver exceptional care.
The recent nor'easters, however, brought about an amazing level of dedication in our team that simply overruled the weather conditions:
Disregarding the heavy snow pounding our area, the winds, and the road closures, I am proud to say that
Alameda Center remained fully staffed throughout the four nor'easters we experienced - and everyone got to experience first hand what it means to be a TEAM!

"As someone who has been to Alameda Center a few times, I feel the need to express myself. It starts when I'm first admitted - even though it's been a few months, the staff remember me as if I never left. From the admissions department to the nursing staff, everyone is so welcoming and caring. Any time I end up in the hospital I find myself looking forward to recovering at Alameda Center. During my most recent stay, I met the new Administrator, Mr. Pinni Friedman, who personally went out of his way to help me in many different ways. Alameda Center always has a positive vibe throughout the building."
