The Perfecting Church hosted Dr. Bishara Awad on Sunday, July 12th for A Gathering For Peace. Dr. Awad is a celebrated Christian leader who founded Bethlehem Bible College in Palestine and serves as a preeminent peacemaker and voice of reconciliation.

In light of recent world events which have made it painfully clear that we live in a world plagued with violence in spite of the declaration of Jesus in John 14​:​27 "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid," Dr. Awad journeyed from the West Bank to share his testimony of the power of forgiveness and the significant role it plays in the peace process.

The Perfecting Church moved into its new administrative offices located at 289 White Horse Pike, Suite 100, Atco, New Jersey. Since, staff and volunteers of TPC have been buzzing about in service, providing counseling, trainings and a host of other activities. Feel free to stop by for a visit and a tour!

This month marks the one-year anniversary of the launch of Hope Mobile Winslow Township! To date, Hope Mobile has served an average of 125 families per month with the aid of more than 50 volunteers who assist with the monthly set-up, break-down and distribution of groceries, toiletries and fresh produce to families in need.

The Perfecting Church celebrated its 4th Anniversary two weeks ago. We began with the God-inspired thought, "If this Church was no longer present would those who don’t attend its Sunday gatherings even notice?" We began with the God-birthed intent of "becoming" the Church, not simply establishing another place people would attend on Sunday. The Church was never created to be a place where we simply gather to consume religious services for our own benefit.
