National Conference A Success!
|
|
Chicago was truly "our kind of town" as we embarked upon our 11th National Conference! The even started with a beautiful welcome reception in downtown Chicago where sorors enjoyed each other and traditional Giordano's deep dish pizza.
The attendees were blessed by the ministry of Evangelist LaTrice Ryan who admonished us to "Level Up"! Additionally, Founder Watson presented the annual National President's address encouraging us to "check our positioning"—to position ourselves in the posture of submission to God. Overall, the event consisted of ministry, business, and a great deal of fun!
Special thanks to all who made the National Conference a success:

Sorors received registration goodie bags that included gifts made by our own—CBPI Boutique and Lovely Creations by Ayesha—it even included a tin of Garrett's popcorn.

The beginning of my journey starts with my love for God and His plan for my life.
I am somewhat of a shy person and tend to stay "in a shell". But, I wanted to find a way to develop a bond with other sisters who love the Lord. After spending time with these ladies—for about 2 years—I knew this was the place that God could use me to serve His people. And, also a way to get out of my comfort zone and be accountable to others. Moreover, a great way to learn and grow from these sisters.
Hesitant and nervous in the beginning, I doubted that I was good enough to stand alongside of these spiritual women. Then, God would nudge me and say, "Not so. You are my child, you have purpose, and this is the vehicle I’m using for you to reach My people."
So He’s bringing me out of my "turtle shell", so that I can live out the plan he designed for me. And that is to be a part of Delta Psi Epsilon—for His glory and good—across the world!

Alpha Omega celebrates 10 years
|
|
Everyone knows Delta Psi Epsilon Christian Sorority, Inc. was founded in January of 1999. At that time, we were an organization of colonies and individual members nationwide.
It was August 10, 2008 that a group of graduate sorors in Chicago, IL received the first organizational charter and became our first official chapter. Through the years, Alpha Omega has served the greater Chicago and Northwestern Indiana communities with grace through ministry and service. This year, marks 10 years since this chapter has been in existence. Congratulations Alpha Omega!

LaTrice Ryan Ministries
is a non-profit organization registered in Tennessee. The ministry was designed to enhance individuals by delivering quality resources: spiritual, psychological, educational, financial, and physiological, which will improve the daily lives of individuals and their family members. With humility and generosity of spirit. Evangelist Ryan’s passion for God and surrendered lifestyle has led to an anointing to preach and teach the word of God with authority, revelation, and deliverance. Her insightful messages include sobering truths that challenge men and women to pray and cultivate their God-given potential in their personal, spiritual, and professional lives.
