~ The current cycle for Code of Ethics is 1/1/2017 thru 12/31/18 however, if you want to take it as a CE class – you would complete it within the renewal deadline for your individual license renewal: Brokers 6/30/18 or Sales Licensee 9/30/18.

~ The NAR Code of Ethics requirement is only mandated for REALTORS® - it is not required for licensees in referral or inactive (non-members).

As part of its Movers for Moms® program, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK are collecting essential care items for women staying at Room at the Inn, an emergency shelter for homeless women and families. Donations can include: nice soaps, hair styling products, shampoos and conditioners, pillows, blankets, slippers, and other basic clothing items. The collection is from April 1 through May 1 to ensure special delivery to Mom's on Mother’s Day. On Saturday, May 5 St. Louis REALTORS® Community Engagement Committee and St. Louis REALTORS® Foundation will be partnering with Rebuilding Together STL to renovate and repair five (5) homes in the 3000 block of N. Taylor Avenue. We need a minimum of 125 volunteers to work on the interior and exterior of the properties.
