Someday I'll be the oldest member of my birth family. I hope that doesn't happen for a long time, since my parents are still with us. But knowing that a transition is inevitable, I started thinking about relationships and careers, what I've done so far, and what I still want to do. Sure, there are places I'd like to see someday, but I realize that what's most important to me now is creating a Spiritual Bucket List.
My List says that I can
discover and speak my own truth. It says that I am empowered and confident. I'm curious and adventurous. And I enjoy learning about myself and the world around me.

Human-Pet Sessions
Can't decide if you or your pet needs a session more?
Want to try Reiki for you and Reiki for your pet at the same time?
Our newest offering will let you do both during one session. You can
schedule you and your pet each a half hour or full hour session. Both of you will be in the same room at all times but will each get a Reiki Session specifically for you. Reiki sessions have many benefits and will help you to both relieve stress and manage pain. It will help both of you to relax and enjoy each others company.
Half hour session for both person and pet (1 hour total): $75

A Therapeutic Art session will provide the opportunity for you to connect with your innate creativity in a neutral and non-judgmental space. Sessions allow for the exploration of art materials and also cater the process towards your individual desires and intentions.
A Therapeutic Art session is appropriate for people of all backgrounds and conditions, ranging from ages 12 and up. It may enhance and improve the treatment of many conditions, including:

The simplest description of a shaman is: a bridge between Heaven and Earth.
In this first level of shamanic healing techniques from the School of the Modern Shaman you will learn and experience the foundational healing methods of shamanic practice in order to awaken fully to the healing power within you.
You will build an in-depth relationship with your personal guardians, guides, and teachers who will take you onto your path of individual power, unearthing and developing your unique healing skills and talents.
First calling on your Personal Power and getting intimate with your power animals and guardians, you will establish and develop partnerships for healing and transformation of your self and eventually those whom you will help.
Protection is imperative and comes from the relationship you will build with your guardians and helping spirits as well as the collective class protection.
Passion is cultivated while your medicine is revealed and your practice deepens to incorporate your full power as a healer.
Through the practice of shamanic journeying and collective ceremony, with mentorship and guidance you will uncover deep and profound healing for yourself. Are you interested in learning how to help your pets but you aren't Reiki trained? If so, this special class is for you!
This class will teach you the Reiki 1 curriculum. You learn to relieve a headache or aching muscle without medication. You will use hands on techniques that will show you how to feel energy and see its immediate impact on others. These techniques will prove valuable as you begin to work on yourself, family, friends and pets. You will learn how to create a positive affirmation to help clarify and realize your goals, how to develop intuitive abilities, and connect with your guides. You will learn Reiki in the traditional Usui method which provides a more comprehensive training, and a deeper understanding of the practices spiritual impact on your life, i.e. finding meaning and purpose.
We combine this with our Animal Reiki Class. Animal Reiki is an energetic connection specially adapted to pets and other animals which offers targeted pain and stress techniques through a light touch. You will be able to take a more active role in your pets health and well being and strengthen your bond as you learn to understand each other on a deeper level. You will learn treatment techniques for assessing energy imbalances throughout the animal chakra system and how to work with these energy centers.
Classes are small, no more than 4 students to permit maximum time for personal instruction. This is a six week class that will run each Friday evening from 6-9 pm. Four personalized hands-on attunements will prepare the student to clear blockages from the body in preparation for receiving, feeling and working with energy. The ethics and delivery of a successful session will be addressed in detail. Hands on sessions working with humans and animals will be included.
This will teach two of our most popular classes together. You will enjoy taking classes and learning with like-minded animal lovers and will have the same classmates through your 6 weeks of class.

Animal Reiki is an energetic connection specially adapted to pets and other animals which offers targeted pain and stress reduction techniques through light touch. Learning Animal Reiki gives you the ability to take a more active role in animal health and well-being by understanding and energetically working with animals. Your connection with your own animals will strengthen as you learn to understand each other on a deeper level.
You must have taken Reiki I or be Reiki trained to take Animal Reiki. This is a full day class that will go in depth into many areas of energetically working with animals. Learn treatment techniques for assessing energy imbalances throughout the animal chakra system (energy centers) and how to work with each of these energy centers to enhance the effectiveness of each session. Hands-on practice is included.
Classes are designed for anyone who has animal companions and wishes to energetically enhance their animal companions' lives. It's also beneficial to those who
