SAcsi's most recent Customer Index surrounding life insurance has put Metropolitan as the organisation that customers are most satisfied with, with Old Mutual coming in second.  The South African Customer Satisfaction Index for life insurance comprises of three measurement tools namely the Customer Expectations Index, Perceived Quality Index, and a Perceived Value Index.
These indicators depict the general public's feeling of satisfaction with their experience of the brand which can play a major role in choosing a life insurance provider as well as their likelihood to be loyal to the brand that they have chosen to invest in.
