SOS CLEAN EATING CHALLENGE 
Another Summer is in the books and we are already in tailgating season, with the Holidays fast approaching. Launch into Fall with an SOS CEC and you will learn great tips and tricks to help keep you on track long-term with diet and exercise!
Starting October 1st, Darcey and Jamie will each lead an SOS CEC with a maximum of 10 people per group. Each group is $149.95 for 4 weeks and will include daily meal ideas, grocery lists, daily emails, texts, 4 semi-private plateau busters with the group (an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes each), and free access to our Expressos workout videos.

Summer has come to an end and if you are like me it was full of vacations, barbecues and unhealthy habits! Before the holiday season hits, lets commit to 30 days of clean eating to get back on track. Week one we will give ourselves a "shock". No alcohol, added sugar, or processed foods. During week 2 we will allow 1 treat (anything non-healthy: donuts, pizza, French fries etc) and 1 drink night (doesn't sound so bad, right?) During week 3 we will up it to 2 drink nights and 2 treats! Now we are talking! During the final week we will cut back to 1 treat and 1 drink. Lets change the way we think about food and create healthy habits to carry on outside of this 30 day journey.

After watching the documentary, Fed Up, and learning about the Sugar Free Detox Challenge I decided to lead our OWN SOS Fed Up challenge and join in on this Fed Up revolution of over 44,000+ challengers.
