Bike Share Coming To South Park  bikeShareSP
Celebrate Metro Bike Share w/ Launch Event

Get ready, LA! Metro Bike Share is coming this summer to DTLA! With up to 1000 self-service bikes and up to 65 stations available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, Metro Bike Share will offer convenient round-the-clock access to a fleet of bicycles for short trips and to get to transit on your schedule. Eight stations are being installed in South Park from June 10 to July 1. The stations will open July 7.

The Metro Bike Share station network will provide about twice as many bike parking spaces - or what we refer to as "dock points" - as there are bikes. This maximizes available bike share parking when you arrive to your destination station. You will be able to see real-time bike and dock availability on the app (coming soon) and online station map.

Join the community for an exciting Bike Share launch and ride-off event on Thursday, July 7, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

First New Condos In SP Sell Out In Less Than 8 Weeks

South Park's newest residential building, Ten50, made a clear and exciting statement after swiftly selling out its first phase of units. In just two months, Ten50 condos are already more than one third of the way sold.

The prime location of the Ten50 condos in the South Park neighborhood is catching the attention of DTLA newcomers. The proximity L.A. LIVE, STAPLES Center, and to new retail and restaurants, is just one of the main reasons for such major attraction to the building.

Ten50 is anticipated to open by the end of this year. Congratulations to the Ten50 team for their incredible success in bringing new residents to the fast-growing neighborhood.
