Renewal Update  

As a reminder, the BID renews in 2018. If you are a property owner in South Park, you are eligible to vote in this process. You'll be receiving petitions and more information soon, and can always  contact Ellen Riotto with questions. 
3/30: Green Carpet Feat. Brigade
 
On Thursday, we're teaming up with South Park's newest place for men's and women's fashion, accessiories, and home products, Brigade LA. Join us for refreshments and personalized styling!
Pico Station Improvements Timeline
 
Pico Station improvements have started! Installation of the  new fence, k-rail covering, pedestrian lights, and drought tolerant landscaping will take approximately 8 weeks. Construction is on schedule to finish by the end of May.

We caught up with Dr. Marc Futernick before Saturday's race to talk about the 5k and its impact on the hospital. SPBID had a great time on race day, and over $220,000 has been raised so far. Check out the interview here!

Hotel Figueroa Seeks Artists

OLiVE DTLA Artist-in-Residence

OLiVE DTLA, a new, art-inspired apartment community in the South Park District of DTLA, is searching for an inspiring artist to become its first-ever Artist-in-Residence. Finalists will be chosen this April. 

Train with the LA Clippers Spirit

The LA Clippers Spirit are now offering dance classes in their DTLA studio. Sign up for "Kickin Cardio" or "Hot in Heels" classes.

Thanks to a $1-million grant through the MyFigueroa Project, which finally broke ground in late 2016, the South Park BID is implementing pedestrian improvements around Metro's Pico Station.

South Park's Clean Team focuses on a monthly special project. February's project was to remove weeds from sidewalks and tree wells. We cleared 94 tree wells and removed 3,978 Sq. Ft of weeds.
