Celtic WorshipService
this Sunday only
June 21st!
Please join us at St. Nicholas on Sunday, June 21 at 8:30am and 11:00am for a Celtic form of worship service.
The early Christians in Ireland, Scotland and Wales developed a unique style of worship. The June 21st celebration will include several of the ancient prayers used by the ChristianCelts in the early centuries. Worship exists in the here and now
but these ancient texts communicate to us in new and different ways. These prayers seek to touch us in a deep and personal manner.
Come and experience a new way of connecting with God. All are welcome.
Father Bob

As has been our previous practice we will again "swap pulpits" this summer.
This year's "pulpit swap" with Christian Valley Church will be on June 28 at 10:00 am with Father Bob at the pulpit, and July 26th at St. Nicholas with Pastor Eric Seldon as our guest at the 11:00 service.
Please plan to be there for both Sundays which will be filled with joyful worship and fellowship, as we share our traditions with one another.

Seeking Lay Eucharistic Ministers
The Outreach Committee has offered to provide communion services for the residents of the Bright Way Personal Care Home, located in Pine Mountain.
Currently, there is adequate lay minister coverage to provide communion service. However, there is a need to secure additional volunteers as LEMs.
Please consider becoming a lay minister.

Please help Patty Hamilton keep the church directory as up-to-date as possible. If you have not yet filled out a form, please pick one up in the cloister room and return to the church office. Or you can send your info via email to Patty Hamilton at [email protected].
- Please include:your names and the names of your minor children,
- address,
- email addresses,
- phone numbers (cell and home),
- birthdays and anniversaries.
If you need a new picture or a new name tag, indicate that as well. Feel free to use a favorite picture. Just send it in jpeg form to [email protected].
Mobile App Installation Instructions
Church members can view the St. Nicholas Church Directory from their iPhone, iPad, Android or Kindle Fire by downloading the free Instant Church Directory Members App.
You may search for "Instant Church Directory" in the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore, or use this link:
After installation, open the Instant Church Directory icon (it looks like a church). It will ask for your email address. If your email address is in our church directory, the program will generate a password for you and email it to you.
This worked great for most, but if you have any problems make sure you first check to see that your email address is in the church directory.
