Many are taking advantage of the quieter summer weeks to prepare for a fun year ahead! The Physical Plant committee is planning a Parent Work Day to spruce things up for the new school year on Saturday, Aug. 5. There will be a need to move furniture, wash doors and windows, sprucing up the grounds and more.
Sun Grove's Parent Ambassador committee will assist in hosting our second "Parent Mixer" on Friday, August 11 from 5:30 - 7:00 to be held at Cobb's Landing. Members of our board, administration, committees and teaching staff will be there to share helpful information. Directly following, there will be an opportunity to mingle and enjoy visiting with other Sun Grove families and staff.
Please continue to watch for information in the Vine and Transparent Classroom throughout the summer. We anticipate the need for help with a few projects as the studio and Primary garden renovations progress. Please note that these projects and the Parent Work Day are early opportunities to knock out a few Parent Fundraising hours.
As always, thank you for taking the time to stay up to date!
Kind regards,
Thanks and Gratitude

To the committees and staff who are hard at work planning for upcoming events for the 2017-18 school year!

Nearly all of our parents have logged in to Transparent Classroom and we continue to work behind the scenes on adding content and learning how to use this new program to its fullest capacity.

"Pages" is where you will find our calendar, parent handbook, classroom wishlists, sign up sheets and more. We are hoping it is temporary but at the moment if you select "all pages", a redirect message pops up.
