It is hard to believe that the annual graduation and transition ceremony is taking place on Friday! We will set up the front porch with benches and tables for students and we will do our best to provide seating or shaded standing room for parents who will join us. Those transitioning from Lower Elementary to Upper Elementary or from Upper Elementary to Middle School will stand at their table to be recognized and those transitioning from Primary to Elementary and graduating from 8th grade to High School will walk to the front to receive their diplomas. Following the brief ceremony, Middle School parents are invited to enjoy sweets and punch in the Sea Turtle Cafe, Primary parents of transition friends are invited to enjoy sweets and punch with their student in the front multi purpose room. All other guests are welcome to join their child's classroom. Please remember, the 26th is an early release day and ALL students must be picked up no later than 12:00 pm. Lunch  will not be served on Friday.
Some have received a loving foundation and are ready for their next journey in education. Others will have more time at Sun Grove developing, learning and growing, until it is their turn to spread their wings and fly.
My wish for those who are leaving is that they hold a piece of Sun Grove in their hearts and memories and shine with love, integrity and confidence like those before them!
Kind regards,
Terri
