She actually missed the graduation ceremony to participate, but this is the first time the Varsity Boys 8 has qualified for national competition!

Leadership Academy Preparations
On May 12, seventh- and eighth-grade students who attended the 2011 Leadership Academy joined Ursuline students for a training day in preparation for the two-day event in June. These returning students, deemed Junior Leaders, are excited to return to UA in this capacity to share their skills and knowledge with new attendees. Above: Last year's attendees participate in an ice-breaking trust exercise. |

Remembering UA
It's not too late to make a donation to the Parent or Alumnae Annual Giving Campaigns! Over 200 parents, past parents and grandparents have contributed to the campaign this year...but does that include YOU? Tax-deductible gifts by parents and grandparents directly benefit every student, keeping UA operating and oustanding!
Nearly 800 alumnae have already made a gift this year as well, providing tuition assistance to approximately 25% of our student body.
Make a gift in honor of a recent graduate, former teacher, class reunion or yourself today! All gifts made by June 30 will be acknowledged in the 2011-2012 Annual Report. |
